Each full day of the retreat includes Holy Mass, several meditations or classes, exposition of the Blessed Sacrament, and recitation of the rosary. The Priest conducting the retreat is available for the Sacrement of Reconciliation. There is also opportunity for personal direction with a lay person or with the Priest. 

Each attendee staying at Chapel Rock has a private room and bath. Meals are included starting with Friday's dinner and ending with Monday's breakfast.
